Governor Uzodimma at opening of Imo State Justice Transformation strategy Summit, stated that the event is to ensure Justice Transformation and justice to all common man.
The Imo State Governor commended the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HILL) the organizers for launching the Justice Transformation Laboratory first in Imo State as they Traditionally operate at the National level.
He said that the event is a reflection of his personal conviction that all human beings should have access to Justice.
\”I am here as the Governor of Imo State because of access to Justice\” Uzodimma stated.
\”Every Imo citizen should have access to Justice at different level in accordance to the sustainable Development goals.\” Uzodimma stated.
Speaking earlier, the CEO of HILL, Dr. Sam Mccammon stated that the challenge of achieving justice for all is a huge challenge and without justice, there will be crisis in the society. He further enjoined the Imo State Governor to join in the fight as a Justice warrior.
Ijeoma Nwafor, the representative of HILL in Nigeria educated the audience on who they are and their mission; stating that they define justice beyond the court room to traditional institutions and religious bodies.
