The State High Court Seating in Owerri Imo State Capital early today struck out a counter Suit filed by Chief Mike Ahamba (SAN) the second time.
In his ruling the presiding Judge Justice Orjiako struck out the Suit filed by the PDP seeking to recall the Deputy Chief Whip/Member Representing Aboh Mbaise in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Eddy Obinna-Ochoudo Mbaise,for defecting to APC for lacking in merit.
Hon. Chief Eddy Obinna-Ochoudo Mbaise had defeated PDP in a similar case three months ago.
