Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.
The whole world economy has been completely shutdown by this deadly virus with thousands of casualties recorded
"People infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness, hence the need for everyone to share global best practices to avoid the transmission of the deadly virus." He stated
“The best way to prevent and slow down the transmission of COVID 19 is for everyone to be well informed about the virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. It is therefore important that you protect yourselves and others from the deadly infection by washing your hands regularly with soap for 20 seconds or by using an alcohol based hand sanitizer frequently and not touching your face”,
“Please note that COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow)and by every means, practice social distancing (maintaining at least 1 metre or 3 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. This is because when someone coughs or sneezes, they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus
Hence the need to practice social distancing.
