Arise Africa Achievers Award 2020:Uzodinma, Anyaehie, Akaolisa, Ihekweme,Emehibe others to bag honours July 25





The Publisher Arise Africa Magazine, Comr. Ikechukwu Anyanwu has revealed that plans are already in top gear for the Arise Africa Achievers Award being organized by Arise Africa Magazine


The all-important epoch making event will take place in Owerri capital on Saturday, July 25th-26th 2020 and the Governor will also double as an Award Recipient and Special Guest of Honour.

His Excellency Distinguished Sen. Hope Uzodimma was nominated by well meaning Nigerians and Imolites to receive Award at Arise Africa Achieves Award organized by popular online media, Arise Africa Magazine

During a visit to Government house on Tuesday 14th July 2020 to inform the Governor about the nomination, the team led by the Chairman Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) Imo State and  Publisher of Arise Africa,  Mr Anyanwu was well received by the Special Adviser on Electronic and New Media to the Governor, Hon Mrs Nneamaka Okafor.



Mrs Okafor who was nominated  for Excellence In Public Service Award, thanked Imolites for the nomination.

She also took time to share with the group on activities of the Prosperity Government especially in massive human capital development and youth development, attraction of global and local resources. Unleashing excellence in governance leading to a quality, productive, robust and thriving economy

She noted that the  Government is passionate about wealth creation for all Imo people

In his remark, the
Arise Africa Founde, Mr Ikechukwu  in his remarks noted that a world-class Imo state filled with endless possibilities is achievable.

He extolled  the visionary leadership of Gov. Uzodinmma and commended him for appointing worthy sons and daughters of Imo into his Government.

He congratulated the Chief of Staff, Imo Government House, Sir Barr Nnamdi Anyaehie, the Imo Attorney General Hon Barr COC Akaolisa, the commissioner for foreign Affairs
 Hon (Amb) Dr Fabian Ihekweme,  the Imo State Commissioner for Education,  Prof Ikegwuoha and Rt.Hon Goodluck Opiah.


Others he congratulated includes; the General Manager of OCDA, Hon Engr Ikpaemezie Innocent, the SA Youths, Hon Eric Uwakwe, Hon Mrs Chika Ibekwe, Hon Christina Ude and SA Disables Hon Dr. Samuelson Emehibe, Hon Ugochukwu Nzekwe, Hon Nobel Atulegu, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo and Hon Bobby Michaels who were equally nominated for Awards

"We are not surprised at the nomination because in human capital development and philanthropy, Governor Hope Uzodimma's name is already written in gold as he has touched so many lives positively and it is a well known fact that anyone that comes in contact with him has always a great testimony to give about him."
