The governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha deeply commiserates with his brother Governor, Chief Willie Obiano of Anambra State over the death of his beloved mother, Mrs. Christiana Obiano.
The governor received the sad news with shock, and said, though the death of a beloved mother could be very painful, Governor Obiano and all those the mother left behind to mourn her should bear with the whole development as Christians, believing that one day they shall meet again to part no more.
He described the late Mrs. Obiano as a blessing to the society especially to Anambra people having given birth to a son who is today governing Anambra State.
The governor prays that the good LORD should grant Governor Obiano and other members of his family the strength of heart to bear this irreparable loss, and also grant Late Mrs. Obiano’s gentle soul eternal rest.
Once again accept the condolences of the governor, the government and good people of the state.
